We have been on the market for 9 years now, solving many complex cases to ensure that our clients
are successful in all their endeavours. Katerina started Kalido in 2010 and, following a merging
with Tatiana's company in 2014, developed it into a trusted single point of contact for all our clients.

The name Kalido comes from the Latin word "callidus". The name was chosen for its meaning "clever, experienced and skilful", reflecting the key qualities of our team. We are dedicated and proud
to provide a top-notch service, anticipating our client's needs as well as being
effective, efficient and delivering results.
Katerina Eldring
Founding Partner
Katerina is a graduate of Oxford University's Saïd Business School. She relocated to London from Russia in 2006 and began to work as a licensed mortgage advisor at Openwork Group. Her experience in finance and extensive client networks inspired her to found Kalido Private Office, a multifamily private office especially for clients from Russia and the CIS.

Energetic and entrepreneurial, she is the driver of the company.


Tatiana Burchinksaya
General Director
Tatyana manages the company and is actively involved in its business development.

Tatyana has three children all of whom are students at private schools in the United Kingdom. She is closely familiar with all the nuances of the British education system. Tatyana possesses an outstanding range of contacts in both Britain and Russia.

Tatyana holds a degree in linguistics and also speaks French.



Yulia Nikishena
Education Consultant
Yulia is a true expert on British education. After graduating from Vilnius University of Pedagogy she moved to the United Kingdom where she has been working at leading education agencies for over a decade now.

Yulia is happy to consult families coming from the CIS region who wish to place their children at top British schools and universities.

Alisa Zotimova
Head of Real Estate
Alisa is an economist by academic training with 15 years of experience in consultancy and brokering at such firms as Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield in Moscow and London where she was head of the Russia Department for foreign investment and the Alliance Programme with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Alisa is a globe-trotter and speaks 4 languages.

Alisa is a true young leader as she takes part in communities and projects such as Urban Land Institute, Forum48, Young Entrepreneurs in Property and Women in Real Estate. She is keen on building business bridges between London and Moscow.

She strongly values multiculturalism in business and works to make a positive impact on the welfare of women in real estate.
